All online orders will be processed within 24-36 hours assuming all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock we will contact you via e-mail and or phone in order to confirm any changes that may need to be applied to your order.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on emandelle.com are eligible for Store Credit or Return. This is contingent upon  customer contacting Em&Elle within 14 days of purchase and provided purchased items are returned unused and in original condition and packaging. A full refund will be given for items returned within 14 days of purchase (including shipping time) via the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and Em&Elle does not accept responsibility for any return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Em&Elle.
